To our chapters: you are where our mission truly comes to life. You build the connections, create the experiences, and carry our purpose into your communities. I will work to strengthen communication across chapters, encourage collaboration, and ensure you have the resources and support needed not just to succeed—but to grow and thrive.

And to our state personnel: your leadership and guidance help shape the direction of this organization. I look forward to working alongside you as partners—building alignment, sharing ideas, and creating a unified vision that benefits everyone we serve.

Leading together means more than working side by side, it means building trust, fostering inclusion, and creating an environment where everyone feels they belong and can contribute. It means being intentional about growing our membership, while also strengthening retention by ensuring every individual feels connected, supported, and inspired to stay involved.
