Hello Nebraska Women of Today!

It’s now time to get going on 3rd Trimester. Just a reminder my area covers Roadrunner Miles, Governmental Affairs, Community Connections, Project Folders and the Outstanding Woman competition. Information on these can be found on our Nebraska Women of Today website or contact me. All of these areas are important but I want to highlight two for this trimester.

1. Community Connections – This report gets sent to national and then you will receive an email acknowledgment. Please forward this acknowledgment to me so I can properly document the dollars and hours your chapter donates for our state records. Also, the Community Connections form is one of the items on my 3rd Trimester Challenge.

2. Outstanding Woman competition – This is a great program to recognize and celebrate a woman who has done amazing things in life! The candidate does not have to be a Women of Today member. There are instructions on the Nebraska Women of Today website on what needs to be done to enter this competition. The deadline is March 1st so don’t delay. Who can your chapter nominate? This is also one of the options for my 3rd Trimester Challenge.
